IMG 0503 225x300 About UsHello my name is Scott Sauder. I grew up in Bryant, SD. I made the journey west river in 1991. I met my beautiful wife Terrie while attending Black Hills State University, in Spearfish SD, were I graduated with a BS in Business Administration. We currently live in Rapid City with our wonderful kids, Logan and Carlie. I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, hiking, riding bike, and just being outdoors. I am a member and a full-time employee of the South Dakota Army National Guard, where I am a MEDEVAC pilot.
I was enlightened into CrossFit at Mustang CrossFit in Laredo TX. I CrossFit because I love the community, the enthusiasm, and the desire to continually seek new ways to maximize my potential. This community of fitness has allowed me to achieve a healthier lifestyle and involve my family into this way of life.
I received my Level 1 Certification in March of 2015. I coach to inspire the same things that I love about CrossFit, and to watch the spark ignite in others as they achieve their personal goals and dreams.

mmmmeee 225x300 About UsCoach

Hi my name is Tina Dunagan and I started Crossfit in 2012. At first my goal was just to get into better shape. After just a few workouts I realized this was not a typical gym, people were cheering me on even though I was the last one to finish. I fell in love with the camaraderie, sense of community, and of course the workouts. Crossfit has become a lifestyle for myself and my family. I have grown to like Crossfit so much that I got my level one coaching certificate so I can help other people with their Crossfit journey.

Colter Dunagan

Coach

Hi my name is Colter, and I have been doing CrossFit for a little over a year. I am originally from Colorado, and I moved to Rapid City to attend the School of Mines and Technology, and work at the Sanford Underground Laboratory. I started CrossFit primarily because the metabolic slowdown that happens to some folks at around 30 hit me hard and I found myself weighing the more than I had ever in my life. With a family history of heart disease and diabetes, I knew I needed to get healthy. So I started CrossFit and lost 90lbs within this last year. The weight loss was great, but finding the confidence in myself was better. There is no feeling in the world like setting a goal and obtaining that goal, and that is what is so special about CrossFit. You can set your own personal goals and there is this great community to help you keep pushing yourself. For me, coaching is not just a job, it’s something I do because the next best thing to meeting your own goals is helping someone else meet theirs.
